It is a reminder for what each sector contains for 2024.

The Years Nobleman, positive & Negative Auxiliary Stars down to the extent of the sector they cover.
The element of the 24 mountains in color code ( 未 Wei belongs to the wood frame of 亥卯未 Hai Mao Wei, so it appears in green)
The QMDJ Door, Deity & Star for 2024 in each sector
The annual star for each sector is in large font again color coded as per its natal element, here 9 is shown in Red because Star # 9 is Fire element and the color that represents fire is red.
Yellow shading is a warning not to use or activate the sector because it’s the 5 Yellow for 2024. Grey for the Grand Duke, Year Breaker & Three killings...
You will notice that some of the 24 mountains are Brown fonts and some are Blue fonts. This is Direct & Indirect Spirit, blue means one can place water here, brown means you cannot. So user friendly.
